| Senior Pastor | Dr. David Gadoury  |
 David Gadoury, Senior Pastor, has been with CCF since its founding in 1975. He was raised in North Kingstown and was an active member and later Christian Education Director for Quidnessett Baptist Church, CCF`s parent congregation. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University (formerly Philadelphia College of Bible ), has studied at the Reformed Episcopal Seminary, Columbia Biblical Seminary, Temple University, and the University of Rhode Island, and received the Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. |

| Care & Counseling Pastor | James Ricci |
 James Ricci, Care & Counseling Pastor, began his full time ministry in January, 1989, after several years of fruitful ministry as a "layman". He concentrates on overseeing the church`s counseling team and associated ministries while assisting with other pastoral functions. He has served fourteen (14) years in the ministry of pastoral counseling, helping over a 100 counselees a year. He has studied the methods and principles of Biblical counseling, using this experience to train Christians to help others in scriptural ways. |

| Equipping Pastor | Rick E. Moore |
 Rick Moore, Equipping Pastor, has been on staff since January 1999. He graduated from Midwestern Baptist Bible College with a Bachelor of Religious Education in 1991. He has served in two previous churches as Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor. He served as our youth pastor for seven (7) years before being called to serve as our Equipping Pastor, where he helps volunteers discover their ministry calling.He has a real passion for helping people find their God-given S.H.A.P.E. and Strengths! |

| Youth Minister | Michael Robinson |
 Michael Robinson, Minister of Youth, joined the CCF staff in March of 2007. He has served in three previous churches as Youth Pastor/Minister and Director of Youth Ministries in Texas and Florida. Michael graduated from West Texas A&M with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. He has dynamic enthusiasm for reaching out to teens and has led various mission groups to North Carolina, Mexico, Texas and California. |
