IGNITE is the ministry for students from 7th through 12th grade. CCF’s student ministry is lead by a team of dedicated volunteers who believe that passion for Christ is more caught then taught.  For the latest youth information go to: www.ccf-ignite.blogspot.com

IGNITE meets every Sunday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.  Each week we get things going at the IGNITE Cafe.  Don’t worry about eating breakfast or getting your caffeine fix before church.  You can get what you need at the IGNITE Cafe.  With iced coffee, chai tea, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and more, you’ll be completely satisfied and ready for an incredible morning.  After your belly is full and your thirst is quenched, you’ll join the rest of the students for an hour of activities/games, videos, music, and teaching.

Throughout the year, students of IGNITE learn who God is and discover His love for them. They learn that God desires a relationship with them and has abundant life in store for them.

Real Life

IGNITE has Real Life on Sunday nights from 5:30 to 8 pm  A typical night at Real Life includes a time of fellowship, one or more games, food, videos, a time of praise and worship and a message that challenges students to live out their faith in every area of their lives. We end each Real Life by breaking up into small groups to get to know each other more at a personal level, discuss the message, and pray for one another. Each one of these small groups are led by one or two of our youth leadership team members. Real Life typically meets three times a month on Sunday nights.

Big Events

From time to time, IGNITE puts on a “Big Event” for the purpose of reaching out to un-churched students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Camps/Mission Trips

IGNITE knows that a great way for students to grow and mature in their faith is through camps and mission trips. Examples of our trips are: Student Life Mission Camp, Snow Camp, YouthWorks, YouthWithAMission Trips, etc.

Fellowship Events

From time to time, our student ministry likes to hang out together outside of the church walls. We take day trips to the beach, Six Flags, Water Country Water Park, Purgatory Chasm, and more. Some fellowship events are as simple as walking across the street to enjoy ice cream at The Inside Scoop. The purpose of these events is to build relationships with one another while having a good time together.

Service/Ministry Opportunities

IGNITE feels it is important to minister to and serve others. Throughout the year, we participate in service projects, clean-up days, VBS, Trunk or Treat, Living Water, and more.
