CCF's COVID-19 Response

Beginning September 13th, join us for one of two in-person worship services at 9:00am & 11:00am!

CCF Kids & United student classes will be available at the 9:00am service & pre-registration will be required. Nursery will be available at both services and also requires pre-registration. Due to social distancing requirements and seating capacity limits, a reservation is required. You can reserve your seat and get more info about what Sunday services will look like HERE! Reservations for Sunday services can be made the week leading up to the service and will be available through Sunday mornings (or until all available spots are taken).

If you prefer to worship from home, here are three ways you can watch church online!

Online Church Platform

On Sundays at 9:00 & 11:00am you are invited to Online Church! We hope you’ll join us for this interactive church platform that features live chat, live prayer ministers, live hosts, and more!

You can watch our past services anytime on our YouTube channel! New Sunday services are live at 9:00am and available anytime after the live service.

You can watch our past services anytime on Facebook! New services are available at 6:00pm on Sundays. Share the service with your friends, or host a Watch Party anytime of day!

CCF’s 4-Stages of Restarting In-Person Gatherings

We want to make you aware of our plan for restarting in-person gatherings. Through extensive research, prayer, and seeking wisdom and guidance from health professionals, government guidelines, other churches, etc., we’ve established a 4-Stage plan. Since the situation can change so rapidly regarding state guidelines, these plans & dates are subject to change. We will update you if this happens. Thank you in advance for partnering with us in prayer and preparation!

What to Expect for In-Person Worship

We are looking forward to gathering together again in person! In following government guidelines, some things will be a little different. The following is information you need to be aware of for in-person worship services. (These are specific to Stage 3, and may change as we enter Stage 4):

  • Masks are strongly encouraged for attendees.
  • All volunteers and staff will be wearing masks when not on the platform.
  • Worship Team & Platform speakers will be socially distant from the attenders and each other, so they will not be wearing masks while on the platform.
  • Greeting will be contact-free.
  • Touchless hand sanitizer will be available in the foyer.
  • Every other row will be available for seating in the auditorium.
  • Please leave 3 chairs in between non-family members in each row. Ushers will assist as needed to ensure proper distancing.
  • Disinfectant wipes will be available in bathrooms and foyer for cleaning surfaces.
  • Coffee & refreshments will not be offered at this time.
  • CCF Kids & [United] Student Ministry will be available at 9:00am. Nursery is available at both services. Pre-registration is required.

Online Church will still be available! We highly encourage you to invite some family or friends to your home and host a watch party if you won’t be attending in-person services! Again, we thank you so much in advance for your prayers as we enter these next stages!

Opportunities to Serve

While the impacts of the coronavirus mean some changes to our daily lives, the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of people have not been put on hold and we must continue to care for those around us. We must pray for the sick and the scared, for public health officials, for doctors and nurses, for researchers, and for caregivers. As Christ-followers, we believe prayer has power, so we seek help from the Lord. If someone you know is being directly impacted by illness or is being quarantined, let them know you are praying for them, and offer to drop off a meal or supplies.

RightNow Media

If you or your kids are missing being in classes, we encourage you to utilize RightNow Media. We provide anyone who calls CCF home free access to this service. After you register, head on over to our channel on the left side and you’ll be able to see any playlists that have been curated.

Final Thoughts

The uncertainty of this outbreak is creating anxiety in our workplaces, schools, and day-to-day activities. Yet we remain confident of God’s constant presence and pay careful attention to all that is happening. Please join us in praying for those who are affected by this illness, as well as for their caregivers and those who are working around the clock to minimize the impact of this virus.

In Psalm 46, we are reminded that it is God who is our refuge and strength, and our ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, let us not fear, but with confidence use this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus through our prayers and our care for others.
